MembershipPOAVA, Inc. has two classes of membership: Regular members consist of property owner associations involved in the ownership, management or operation of amenities, common facilities or activities in residential developments. Associate members consist of individuals or companies who are not eligible for membership as regular members, but who are actually engaged in some form of service to residential land and home industries. Those eligible become members by stating their intent and paying dues. Dues are payable at the start of the fiscal year (September 1 thru August 31). Membership meetings and newsletters are provided at least twice a year.
