POAVA is a Virginia non-stock corporation dedicated to the
welfare of and service to property owners associations (POAs) who are committed
to keeping abreast of latest trends in legislation, business and management and
self improvement of their operations.
Purpose
- To promote the goals and ideals of POAs
- To access general POA needs and promote their welfare
and interests
- To promote a grass roots forum for education and free
exchange of information between POAs
- To strengthen their business, fraternal and social
relations
- To monitor and foster sound legislation beneficial to POAs
